Construction management and developer support for the complete retrofit of a former commercial building, transformed into an exclusive rental residential building (multifamily). With 84 apartments and a ground-floor retail unit, the project sits at the intersection of Campos Elíseos, Santa Ifigênia and República, in downtown São Paulo.
